Tempeh is made from cooked and slightly fermented soybeans and formed into a patty, similar to a very firm veggie burger..  sesame mayo flavored smashed organic Tofu and home made Tomato sauce on the lightly fried sliced Tempeh.. Piece of Okura for accessories... Rosemary perfume :)

I made sweet and spicy special miso for fresh vegetable sticks the other day. A lots of special miso is still sitting in refrigerator... So,,,  The special miso is mixed with Brown rice. It stuffed in the cooked Daikon radish that hollowed the center..  Served with Japanese style broth soup...

I want to eat something alike Pizza.. The turmeric rice was rolled with a thinly sliced boiled zucchini. I poured home made Tomato sauce and cheese on it, and threw it into the oven for a while. .. ... .... ..... Nicely fried garlic chips and thyme for perfume..
