I think this is healthy japanese style steamed dumpling... Chopped shrimp, onion, ginger, shiso leaf and shiitake mushrooms mixed with soy beans and crushed tofu.. Form it like a small ball and covered with sweet rice. Place into a steamer about 15 minutes.. A little spicy sesame flavored shiitake sauce for dipping... Very tasty!!!
