This is one of my favorite recipes now... Boiled and water out tofu is wrapped in bamboo mat tightly. Removed bamboo matt about 30 mins after, and In a large frying pan, heat sesame oil medium heat and brown all sides of tofu. It will take some time to brown nicely. It is cooked with soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, green onion and dried red chili pepper... Add boiled egg and served with thin cut of tokyo onion and mustard...
