Tofu..

Tofu..Tofu..Tofu...!!! I marinated silken Tofu in Saikyo Miso for 24 hours. It is called "Saikyo Zuke". I made NIGIRI with brown rice. I put a little Saikyo Miso on top of Tofu, and torched.. a little Shiso and red chili pepper for extra flavor...
