I haven't seen this mushroom in Japan... Thick sliced soy sauce flavored portobello steak sushi is made with red wine vinegar rice. Lightly butter flavored mashed potatoes and a little shiso leaf are put on it.. Cinnamon flavored crushed roasted almonds are sprinkled... You can enjoy a lots of flavors at the same time!!!

Sweet and spicy flavor stimulates everyone's tongue... Thin sliced eggplant is boiled in sesame oil added water. chopped shrimp is sauteed with garlic and ginger.. and make it sweet and spicy. These are rolled with tomato flavored lightly fried rice.. Green onion crown... :)
