Portobello...

I haven't seen this mushroom in Japan... Thick sliced soy sauce flavored portobello steak sushi is made with red wine vinegar rice. Lightly butter flavored mashed potatoes and a little shiso leaf are put on it.. Cinnamon flavored crushed roasted almonds are sprinkled... You can enjoy a lots of flavors at the same time!!!
