<< Black Ancient Rice Curry >>
In this time, I used three colors organic potatoes a friend of mine grew and the vegetables from the last time. I cooked white rice with black ancient rice to give it beautiful purple colore. For the topping, fried chopped garlic in olive oil then added there potatoes, kidney beans, red and yellow paprika and onion boiled beforehand and cut bite-size pieces to fry together. Salted and peppered it then put it on the rice. Enjoy with my home made curry sauce with herb flavor.
