King Crab...

This is one of easy and healthy recipe of tofu...  Boiled tofu is pressed and water out, and then crushed. Carrots, soybeans and shiitake mushroom are chopped finely, and mix well with crushed tofu, starch, a little salt and miso. Make it small ball, and steam about 5 minutes... Sweet and sour sauce is made with shiitake broth, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Boiled king crab meats are placed on tofu manju. Ginkgo nut and snow peas for accessary...
