Tacos...

Well, this is Japanese food in Mexican style.. :) I pounded and rolled out boiled brown rice and then browned it. I wrapped in it sliced shiitake boiled in spiced sweet soy sauce, roasted red paprika seasoned sweet-sour, tofu-cheese fermented with miso, guacamole seasoned with wasabi-mayonnaise, boiled edamame, chopped onion and shiso leaves... Enjoy it with jalapeno and squeezed lime if you like!
