Millefeuille...

This is alike "Eel OSHI-SUSHI" that is made from lotus roots.. Pasted grated lotus roots and dried seaweed are pan-fried. Dip it in home made kabayaki sauce, and broil. It is piled with sushi rice, cucumber, avocado and shiso leaf..and make it a like millefeuille. Served with wasabi yuzu mayonnaise sauce and kabayaki sauce... Very good :))
