Curry...

In this time, I used three colors organic potatoes a friend of mine grew and the vegetables from the last time. I cooked white rice with black ancient rice to give it beautiful purple colore. For the topping, fried chopped garlic in olive oil then added there potatoes, kidney beans, red and yellow paprika and onion boiled beforehand and cut bite-size pieces to fry together. Salted and peppered it then put it on the rice. Enjoy with my home made curry sauce with herb flavor.

I made colorful tempura with kidney beans, red and yellow paprika then rolled it in inside out sushi roll..! served with delicious spinach- based creamy green dressing and black sesame flavored teriyaki sauce. Enjoy with crispy thin sliced French fried potatoes.

This croquette gives you a perfect ensemble of 4 flavors!! I rolled red salmon, cream cheese and turmeric-flavored rice in boiled spinach then fried it crumbed. Taste it with truffle flavored olieve oli and soy sauce-based tasty sauce!!!

This is one of easy and healthy recipe of tofu...  Boiled tofu is pressed and water out, and then crushed. Carrots, soybeans and shiitake mushroom are chopped finely, and mix well with crushed tofu, starch, a little salt and miso. Make it small ball, and steam about 5 minutes... Sweet and sour sauce is made with shiitake broth, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Boiled king crab meats are placed on tofu manju. Ginkgo nut and snow peas for accessary...

In Japan, Taro is called satoimo. It is very nutritious and delicious vegetable of autumn...
Boiled and smashed satoimo mixed with soy beans and chopped shiitake mushrooms.. and it is coated with corn starch on all sides evenly... Soba noodles are wrapped with seaweed paper, and cut bite size. Home made tempura sauce is made with shiitake broth, and it must have grated daikon and ginger...
